Beef brisket, green and ripe plantains, and yuca, marinated with orange juice, lime juice, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and peppers, wrapped in banana leaves and steamed for 4 hours minimum or higher, served hot. Served with ensalada de repollo (shredded cabbage, tomatoes, onions, vinegar, water, sugar, and salt), and White Rice (long-grain white rice (jasmine or basmati) cooked with garlic salt and vegetable oil.
